At Sharks Ice, workforce management relies on legacy portals (specifically ABI MasterMind) which lack native integration with modern productivity tools. For employees, this creates a significant friction point: manually transcribing fluctuating work schedules into personal calendars.
To solve this, I developed ABI Shift Sync, a full-stack application that automates the extraction and synchronization of work shifts. It leverages FastAPI and Selenium on the backend and Next.js on the frontend, creating a platform that provides a seamless "one-click" synchronization experience.
