NVIDIA Synapse

I developed an AI assistant for NVIDIA designed to reduce the significant time employees lose searching for information across fragmented internal tools. Our research identified a "context burden" that causes mental fatigue and inefficiency, as employees often spend hours daily manually verifying details from various documents and communication threads. Our solution aims to centralize this data, minimize context switching, and lower the cognitive load required to complete daily tasks.

In this project, I served in two key roles over the course of the year. As the project manager, I defined our scope, set measurable goals, and acted as the primary point of contact to keep our team on track. Later, I transitioned into a UX designer role, where I created user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on our research. I also facilitated usability testing to gather feedback, iterated on our designs, and developed the final project presentation materials, including the poster and sizzle reel.
